How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?
All orders are packed in recycled thermal liners with non-toxic cooling gel packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your cheese arrives at the perfect temperature and maintains its flavor profile.
Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
Because our products are perishable, we highly recommend being home to receive your package. If you are not available, please ensure the package is moved to a refrigerator as soon as possible.
How long will my artisanal cheese last in the refrigerator?
Hard cheeses can last up to 4-6 weeks if wrapped properly, while soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert should be consumed within 7-10 days of arrival for peak freshness.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your cheeses pasteurized?
We offer a mix of pasteurized and raw milk cheeses. Each product page clearly lists the milk type and pasteurization status so you can make an informed choice based on your dietary preferences.
Can I include a personalized gift note with my order?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' field. We will include a handwritten note with your selection at no extra charge, and we never include pricing on the packing slip.
